My therapeutic approach
While I am an integrative therapist and adapt my approach to the needs that arise in the therapy process, my work is grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities. This means I strive to create a space that feels authentic, nonjudgmental, and safe—while inviting curious exploration.
Therapy can look different depending on where you are in your process. At times, our work might focus on what’s happening right now—your emotions, relationships, or daily stressors. Other times, it can be helpful to look back and understand how past experiences continue to shape how you feel and relate today. Whether you are navigating a transition, working through relationship challenges, or seeking deeper clarity, I bring openness, compassion, and a grounded presence to support your growth.
While I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, my current passion is perinatal and reproductive mental health, as well as support for couples and parents. This work often centers around transitions—fertility and family building, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, identity shifts in parenthood, and the evolving dynamics within relationships.
