Hello!
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in Sonoma County, currently seeing clients virtually across California.
Finding my way to this work has been a winding path. As someone who experienced a lot of unexpected change in childhood, I learned at a young age how to adapt to new environments and navigate uncertainty. Amidst unpredictability, one constant for me was an ability to connect well with others. That awareness first led me toward an undergraduate degree in Psychology, though my curiosity about the world took me in a different direction for some time. Years later, I returned to that foundation and pursued a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology.
In my early years as a therapist, I also navigated personal challenges with infertility, reproductive health, pregnancy, and postpartum. These experiences brought me back into therapy as a client, which then deepened my commitment to supporting others in their fertility and reproductive health journeys.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with children, families, and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings. While I continue to value supporting people across the lifespan, my current focus is on working with adults and parents, while expanding my specialization in perinatal mental health and reproductive counseling.
Looking forward to connecting,
Kelsey (she/her)
