I work with individuals navigating the stressors of reproductive health, those in the “perinatal” (pregnancy and postpartum) life stages, and those seeking healing from relationship trauma. My specialized training in perinatal and reproductive mental health means my work is grounded in evidence-based approaches designed to bring you real relief from daily overwhelm. You won’t have to spend precious time explaining the medical language or technical processes, because I am knowledgable in the unique biological and emotional landscape of these experiences.

Because trauma, anxiety, and depression don’t just exist in the mind, I see mental health care from a whole-body lens. By gently incorporating somatic, body-centered tools, we can work to lower your nervous system baseline and shift you out of chronic survival mode so you can feel safe in your body again.

Our work together will always be collaborative because while I bring clinical expertise to our sessions, you are the expert of your own life and body. We will begin at a pace that feels comfortable for you, I will help you identify what you need in this moment, and we build a plan to move forward together.
