Individual Therapy
I recommend weekly sessions for individual therapy to allow for building a strong therapeutic relationship, grounding yourself in the present, and creating consistency to stay connected to your goals. I approach these sessions from an integrative, strengths-based perspective and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy is a specialized treatment designed to help process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences that continue to affect your present life. Through guided eye movements and focused attention, EMDR facilitates the brain’s natural healing processes, reducing the intensity of painful memories and associated triggers. This therapy can be highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges.
Parent Consultation
Much of my clinical background includes working with children and families. I have found collaborating with parents is often the most effective way to address challenges, increase resources, and help children thrive.
Parent consultations offer a supportive space to reflect on your family dynamics, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for navigating the complexities of parenting. These sessions also offer the flexibility of short-term or ongoing support.

Fees
$205 for 55-minute sessions
I accept payment via credit and debit card through a secure payment platform.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots ($125 -$205 range) on an as needed basis. Please reach out to me directly regarding this option.
I have several therapy slots available with some insurances via Rula, an online service that connects people with mental health care providers who accept insurance. Click here to see the list of carriers, as well as my current openings for this option.
While I am considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurances, I can offer a monthly superbill that you are able to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services, but coverage varies, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
Some clients choose to pay privately to maintain greater privacy and flexibility in their therapy—without a formal diagnosis on record or limitations placed by insurance.
