I work with individuals and couples navigating...
If you’re here, chances are you’re carrying an invisible load.
“I don’t recognize myself anymore”
You are dealing with hormonal changes, constant anxiety, or are quick to anger and feel like a stranger to even yourself
“What if something goes wrong?”
You are moving through fertility treatments, pregnancy or early parenthood and feel consumed with anxiety spirals and intrusive thoughts
“My body has been through so much”
You are navigating the mental and physical pain of infertility, pregnancy loss, or birth trauma and recognizing the attention needed for both your mind and body
“We keep talking in circles”
You are experiencing a stuck place in your relationship that is so common when facing these life transitions and their unique challenges
You don’t have to carry it alone.
I’m Kelsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Sonoma County, CA specializing in reproductive mental health, perinatal therapy and relationship trauma.
When clients find their way to my practice, they are often feeling maxed out, overstimulated, and utterly worn down. The intense transitions of this season of life have taken a toll on their bodies, their relationships, and their self-esteem, and they want to feel some sense of control in their lives again.
Clients I often work with include:

birthing and non-birthing partners managing anxiety, depression, and OCD symptoms in pregnancy or postpartum
those experiencing a sense of "body betrayal" with chronic or acute reproductive health issues
new or expecting parents
perfectionists who try to do it all
“people pleasers” having a hard time setting boundaries
high-achievers who are used to fixing everything
partners who feel like they are grieving or coping in entirely different ways
